How is pricing calculated?
Half hourly billing, same rate on weekdays and weekends. No hidden fees, no surprise call out charges, and no charge for lift access at either end of the move.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. If you need to make a claim there is a $1,100 excess and you will need the original receipt for the item being claimed.
Do you handle interstate moves?
Yes, Melbourne, Brisbane, and anywhere in between, with door to door coordination so the same crew stays across the move where possible.
Do you offer storage?
Yes, short term or long term private storage if you need somewhere for your belongings while you settle into the new place.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFTPOS, bank transfer, or cash.
Do you supply packing materials?
Yes, bubble wrap and heavy duty boxes are included, and every item is packed the way we would pack our own belongings.
How far ahead should I book?
At least a week ahead to secure your preferred date, earlier for weekends and end of month, which are our busiest times.
Do you move on weekends and after hours?
Yes, including commercial and office moves outside business hours to keep downtime to a minimum.
